For whatever reason, I hope Rhonda stays as long as she wants. To me, she is the face of our program and just gives me a good feeling about our girl's team. I think she has grown so much into the job and think it is only going to get better and better.

Couldn't agree with you more. The team undoubtedly will suffer next year with the graduation of Dodds, Cobb, Shepherd, Gross and Barker, but that's to be expected - that's a phenomenal class. But it's not like we won't have talent next year. She's got some stud recruits coming in, and as they mature and learn her system, the young leaders like Wills and Samuels and Severin will keep this team on track. We'll be back on top sooner than anyone thinks (and our dropoff will be less sever than most people think) because of Coach Rompola and her staff.
