How can someone be suspended and not know the reason? Do players have any rights in these matters. Lawyers feel free to discuss.

not impressed with he stats. looks like a wasted scholarship. Couldn’t coach get better especially now that we’re making an NCAA appearance?

Actually, I dont think we have a scholarship available. There is another transfer already sitting out.
I'm in Little Rock now (going to Texas and Memphis games) but I'll ask around when I get to Indiana tomorrow.

She's exceptionally quick - not necessarily a pure sprinter, but very quick.
Good defender.
Shoots well, but has a pass-first mentality.
Excellent ball-handler.
I agree - hard to believe she doesn't know what she did to earn her suspension.

I suspect she knows why she was suspended, and is not saying, just my guess.

I've found Tech Chicks are generally "bad girls" who need discipline.

Shame on you XTC. I wish I had known you were here and I would have shown you some Arkie hospitality. I was there for all 4 games.

Same here. saw all 4, then got back in my truck and hit the road. Just think, If I hadnt left immediately I might have missed the snowstorm in Lafayette. Thanks for the offer of hospitality, but didnt linger once the games were done.
Some very talented teams in that group, but the 2nd round games should be better matchups. The blowouts got tiresome at the end.
I ran into our coaches as I was checking in, but it completely slipped my mind to ask about the transfer. Probably because I havent slept in about 30 hours. time for a nap. and a shower.

Bring us a win.
Hopefully you did not get in line at a concession stand. You would have missed 2 of the games.

I think this is a good signing. She was orginially recruited by Marsha Sharp at Texas Tech, who happened to win a national championship at Tech so I trust her judgement of talent. This kids numbers aren't all that impressive but I read on the Texas Tech board that this was a bad loss for them and a good pick-up by SMU. I Googled her and found some good stuff on her - she had 44 points in one of her games as a senior. Played on all the All-Star teams, was listed on the HoopGurlz national prospect list too. She had a pretty good game against us last year if I recall correctly.
Never hurts to get a kid from the Big 12 - someone to tell future recruits that the Big 12 isn't all it's cracked up to be!
