Kid was a punk out of high school and was even worse after FSU. God gave this kid more talent than our entire receiving corps put together and he is gonna waste it.

I'm curious about why this happened. Is he trying to transfer somewhere? He'd still have a year left, I think:
Redshirt-Sit out-play/transfer-sitout-play/draft

Remember, UTEP is one of the schools that "does it right" by accepting guys like Rouse.

I believe his progression has gone:
Play/Redshirt(sit out)/ Play so should have one year left after another sit out...or play at d-1AA level
