I didn't realize Youri Yenga played at such a light weight last year. It's nice to hear that Rock Dennis gets after it so hard they have to make him slow it down some. That's the kind of attitude we need on this team.

I love the fact that the guys are hitting the weight room so hard that the strength coaches actually have to make them slow down. Love it when a herd of Mustangs wants to do some work to get ready for the season.
And thanks to the strength coaches for NOT letting the injured guys push too hard.

Viloria sounds like he knows what the heck he's doing. Reading about some of these guys makes me feel so inadequate- i was eating cookies as i read the article.
