New [deleted] thread for SMUPONY94 and THADModerators: PonyPride, SmooPower i currently have a piece of nicorette in my mouth... we had our barrister's ball this weekend which was a huge test. twice i bummed a dip off of one of my friends and spit them out within 5 seconds, I was winning the fight.... then around 1:45 AM i fell apart...
as my date and i were retiring to our room for the evening, I bummed another... and the dip won. however, I woke up Saturday morning and have not dipped since. 2weeks1dip.com WEST DIVISION CHAMPS 2010
I fought the dip, and the dip won
Oh, I fought the dip, and the dip won Wait that's not the song. Keep fighting the good fight!!! You know a week ago last Sunday I went to a party at LHF68 and Mrs. LHF68's place, and though the desire was there every once in a while, I actually didn't want a cigarette. Part of me said don't go because of the temptation (screw that! I'm going!), but once I got there I was just fine. Of course maybe that was just because I was suffering from an ear infection... but I don't believe that for a second. I think I actually was in a good place. I know - personally - I keep falling off, but this thread is good for me. I'm not quitting for this thread, but it's nice to know that I have a place to hold myself accountable to. '94 has been noticeably silent. Wonder what has happened. All right, I bid the board a fond good evening. Catch you guys later tonight/tomorrow. ![]() Eric Dickerson in Pony Excess "I've love winning man, it's like better than losing." - Ebby Calvin "Nuke" LaLoosh

Hot damn. Now that was the perfect response. That'll teach me to drink milk while reading ponyfans. ![]() Eric Dickerson in Pony Excess "I've love winning man, it's like better than losing." - Ebby Calvin "Nuke" LaLoosh

Thaddeus-
Keep fighting the good fight, my man. "It'd be nice to see Jesse Henderson break one here."
Me too. But I keep going back to Sudoku. Which is akin to buying Wii/360/PS3 and exclusively playing Pong.
I fell of the wagon again. But I am dusting myself off and trying again. After this weekend at a bachelor party in CO. It promises to be the second best bachelor party trip I've ever been on - Denver tomorrow - just gonna' hand out in LoDo, Golden for the Coors tour Friday midday, Boulder Friday afternoon/evening night for a beer festival, Breckenridge Saturday for yet another beer festival. Does it get any better than that? And, it looks like we will manage to keep the entire trip under 5 hundy a person. Yes will be stayi8ng in flea bitten rat traps (not really, but close) but whoe the heck cares after that much beer in altitude? Second best because the first bachelor party trip I ever took was a combined bachelor party for my brother and one of his best buds from high school. We went to Vegas. My brother is nine years my senior, so I was 19, and a freshman at SMU, at the time.... and corruption of "young Thaddeus" was the order of the day. As the group took my brother's statement of "I want to be able to tell Kristin everything that happened to me" to mean, do unto Thaddeus what you would do unto me. I, um, um... yeah... I should note that I wasn't much of a drinker before that trip. Among many other corruptions. So on principal that one can't ever be topped.... until maybe my own. Maybe. But the destruction of innocent Thad was complete by the end of that trip. Well almost. College took care of the rest. Well that's no fun... I have not yet begun to defile myself. That's better. ....... Anyhow. I'm still committed to this thing, which is new. Usually I fall off and say screw it, I'll try again some time "in the future". But I am also smoking Natural American Spirits right now... so much harder to smoke (not harsher, but exactly the opposite) and thus fewer smoke breaks. But for the same reasons, slow burning, etc. I don't have that immediate need to smoke again. Plus, the difficulty of smoking them makes me think twice before going to have one. Anyhow. Wednesday. ![]() Eric Dickerson in Pony Excess "I've love winning man, it's like better than losing." - Ebby Calvin "Nuke" LaLoosh
