It always makes me do a triple take when I see him on TV after our days at SMU.

What year did he graduate? I will admit he looked very familiar every time i see that commercial.

I've seen him in T-mobile commercial w/Catherine Zeta Jones and a car commerical. I can't remember which one.

Dude had to have graduated in 1999 or 2000. He lived in my dorm my freshman and sophmore years. I believe he was 2nd or 3rd string QB. I vaguely remember partying with him once or twice in the dorms.

Rand was one of the very few of us who walked on as a freshman (I think we had 6 total walk ons) in 1997. However, unlike the rest of us he was actually pretty good and he earned a scholarship within his first year...I think he graduated in 01, maybe 02. His brother is some kind of big time professional beach volleyball player if I remember correctly.

yup, his brother Dax is on the AVP tour . . . the whole family is pretty solid athletes. he has been acting for a few years after he moved back to Cali, says he is loving it!! Good dude, very loyal to his boys!
