If they spell the name of our greatest player "Erick" Dickerson, and then "Erick" Dickerson, do you really need to read the rest?

The best line in there was that "TCU was just a splash in the pan".

didn't he play with Vance McIllhenney & Greg James? And they were coached by Ray Meyer?

Still pissed that DePaul stole Meyer from us.

As tired as I have become of reading about the DP, the same facts over and over again... I thought this was a pretty good account. Though misspelling Dicerson's name is quite the flub. Also, there was a sentence that was poorly worded: "Payments ranged from $50 to $725 per month from Ralph Rodriquez of Orange Park Florida and occurred during the three-year probationary period."

Surely not all payments came from this Ralph Rodriguez character. Maybe he meant "according to"... I dunno'.

I'll bet the first comment bashing a former coach, rather than voting for one, gets the thread deleted.

Great article.

Not often a writer admits his mistakes and offers a public correction.

Quite balanced without any axe to grind.

I enjoyed it.
