I miss The Old Church. :(
Not a sports bar but a great bar, nonetheless.

The best place for game watching is Humperdinks on Greenville, lot's of big TV's, multiple angles, no matter where you are sitting, you have a good angle on the TV.

The most "talented" waitresses in this city, or any other, are at Bone Daddy's. Period.
Try not to choke on the Kool-Aid.

Unfortunately, the food there sucks.

Couldn't agree with you more.
Their home-brewed beer is pretty awful, too.

My problem with Humperdinks is the service. Lunch is OK, but I've gotten horrible service there every single time, whether it be for dinner or just for drinks.

We ended up going to Uptown Bar & Grill. We couldn't get there until about 8:15, but they held a table for us front and center. Drinks were good, waitress was friendly, burgers and texas toothpicks were outstanding. And the Mavs, Stars, and Rangers all won (including the doubleheader win by the Rangers). All in all a great night.
