Could it be us??? The Cowboys win some but choke in the playoffs...The Stars win some but don't have the firepower to go further...The Mavericks win lots but when it counts fall by the wayside...We could be the only real winner in Dallas this year!!! It is an opportunity for us to shine...I was talking to a couple of alumni from Mississippi Southern and they were hoping to get us early instead of late in the season...for they feel we will be on a roll after a few games...So they are talking about us!!! We do want to win and go to a bowl and win it...I love saying it...Go Mustangs!!!

Let's just start with passing the Rangers on the success list...

FC Dallas is the only undefeated team remaining in MLS
.... and I like this Stars team's chances at winning in this next round, we finally broke though the barrier and I gotta' think that will be huge for us going forward.

But, I like where your head's at, I would love it if Dallas rallied around SMU football.

i think the new Cowboy stadium could actually send a few football fans our way. the new stadium will be so expensive that alot of families will be priced out. so if SMU is winning with an exciting style of play people that want to attend a football game in person may take a look at smu. sure the cowboys will have the attention and the fans, but may of them will not be able to attend games in person any more. hopefully SMU can pick up a few fans that want see a football game in person for a decent affordable price and if they experience the blvd, have a good time, they may just come back.

The bond that fan$ will have to pay, just to have the right to buy Cowboy's season tickets.... is criminal.

I was happy to see the Stars to win last night. They haven't won a playoff series at home since the cup year, right?

And starting pitching ... and defense ... and hitting ... and managing ... and management ...
Other than that, though, they're on the fast track to the World Series!

Following the Cup year in 1999, they won game 7 at Reunion in the West Finals against Colorado. This was the first series clinched at the AAC.

I agree 100%. When my kid wants to see a baseball game, I drive 10 minutes to Frisco rather than however long I'd spend wading through traffic over to Arlington.

I think they won at home the next year, when they went back to the cup... but other than that, I think you are correct. The '03 win was definitely on the road.
