I know but this was just a simple observation. I wasn't taking this anywhere. But the bunker mentality emerged when there was no need for it.

I agree. I apologize if I offended any of you by starting this thread.

My name is not Chuck Norris but people do fear me. I remember he was a good athlete in H.S. but there were about 10 people that would have been projected to be better than him within that district. He was kind of an all around good player that just lit up in college. You can't really judge whether or not a 17 year old kid will project into a 1st rounder but he sure as heck did. Good for him. Oh and I would say Bennett tried to recruit him as he was one of a few players from Berkner to be invited to the SMU pressbox.

Here's how next year's first round will likely play out:

http://nfldraft.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=802821

5 stars - 9
4 stars - 11
3 stars - 5
2 stars - 3
not rated - 4

Considering there are only 25-28 5 stars per year, 33% being drafted in the 1st round of the NFL is pretty good indicator or success.

Just so everyone knows, it's "pantywaist" - the term comes from a form of kids underwear that buttoned together at the waist a long time ago.
