Summer workouts

Anyone know when the players will convene to begin working out together?

In the past they took a couple weeks off after finals and started "non-required" workouts the first week of June. It generally involved weights, running, and some seven on seven. That's pretty standard for most college programs. I'm not sure of what changes JJ will bring.

I was thinking more about 'spotting' you on the 12 oz. lift. It can be tough.
