Howard Scarborough (5' 10", 165 lbs.) is one of the top players in Oklahoma. After averaging 12.7 yards a reception in 2007, Scarborough said one school has quickly moved up to the top of his list.

"SMU is a verbal offer," Scarborough said. "I went to SMU, and I tried to meet coach Jones, but he had a prior commitment. I talked with Jeff Reinebold instead."

"I've talked to coach Reinebold, and I told him that I will commit as soon as I get that offer," Scarborough said.
