They also had guys sitting on the bench on 3rd and 4th string who would go on to become All-Conference. Remember that Brian O'Meara kid-sat around for about 3 1/2 years. Then gets to start his 5th year for the first time and becomes All-Conference. You want Juniors and Seniors(4th and 5th years) preferrably starting at Offensive Line. That ONLY works if you are recruiting quality deep into your roster.
