How many safeties is this already with offers? Considering Coach Jones doesn't appear to just offer every warm body out there, is there a message that can be gleaned from the glut of safety offers? Hudman may or may not be back, Dennis is a senior who might (but might not) get an extra year from the NCAA, David (ahem) Haynes is a senior ... OK, never mind, I see the need for a safety or two or three. Besides, they're often excellent athletes who can play a number of positions, including special teams.

Tall, athletic Safeties are a premium recruiting target because even if they don't play Safety they will probably naturally grow into fast athletic Linebackers.

Bonugli is a solid player, district MVP, SE DPOY, had 6 picks, etc, etc. The recruiting of Calvin Howell over-shadowed him, but he is the top kid at Warren. He is a hitter and has good cover skills. Don't think he will get to LBer size, but that doesn't matter, he is a very good safety prospect.
