I rest my case.[/quote]

I am assuming that if I behave my self leave your women alone and laugh at all of your jokes, I can stop by for a cool refreshing beverage once in a while?

Thanks for the props, Snob.

One of the great things about the Boulevard is everyone's tailgate has its own qualities that make it great. You have Diamond M's group which is definitely the most spirited and dedicated; the Special Delivery folks and BUS Stop are the most welcoming; the Hayens are the classiest (they're the ones with the silver candleabras and champagne on ice for the impending victory). We all contribute our "gifts" that make the Boulevard what it is - the BEST tailgating in the Southwest!

I would have to say it depends. It depends on what one's expectations are and how those expectations are met. There are many wonderful places on the Boulevard with their unique flavor. Many have former players, most have former classmates and friends. Just about all have great food/refreshments and all have superb hospitality.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at any place I have stopped and I appreciate all the effort people make to create such a wonderful atmosphere. I have been welcomed by folks I have never met and welcome by old friends. All have been generous and all have been supportive of the Mustangs. The only thing that could be better is more wins.

Thanks to all those that host along the Boulevard. Your efforts, hospitality and spirit have made SMU games, regardless of outcomes, a delightful experience.

And of course no one's boulevard set up would be nearly as successful as they are without those of us that crash the locations and bum food and drink.

The perfect tailgate in my opinion is one that encompasses the following characteristics.

#1 that will let me in LOL
#2 Is a mix of everyone young and old
#3 has more beer that you really need.
#4 Food variables directly related to the prey
#5 only allows 15 seconds of being negative at any given time after a loss
#6 that dose not curse the opposing teams fans who have traveled to your location but is inviting. Then talks trash about them after there gone
#7 and most important. The people must be happy and enjoy life.

Of course, all are invited to stop by. Just be aware of the baby boom at our location in the last year and half. We're currently seeking bids on sturdy construction fence to keep them all in.

As far as I know, we have never run out of beer or food.

Here here, I greatly appreciate the Friends of the Tailgate for letting me crash the party since...always.

I promise to be a gainfully employed contributor this year!

On a side note, anybody need a patent attorney?

Just tie some of those SMU cowbells around their necks. That'll keep 'em corralled! ;)
