Did he have a Shamrock lapel pin?
No lapel pin, but he was wearing a bright red SMU polo. My friend even commented on its brightness.

The plane is back in South Bend, after a long day that included a short stay in Miami (38 mins), a 3-hour stay at Dulles, and a 30-minute stay in Cheeseland.
Anyone care to explain this one to me?

I talked to my source(s) this weekend. It isn't a 'done deal' yet, but pretty much kiss Orsini goodbye.

My sources say the same thing. Orsini is the front runner now. Best thing to do is wish him luck

I disadmire your attitude. You need to try getting up on the other side of the bed. If Orsini leaves, I'm bettin' we'll get somebody better.
