Paul Johnson is doing a fantastic job recruiting at Georgia Tech this year. Now I was a PJ supporter but am thrilled with Jones and would take June Jones over PJ ever day of the week and twice on Sundays....but to all you Paul Johnson can't recruit folks.......suck it.

I'm in Dwan's camp. PJ will put a great program together. Pro style qb's and great wr's vamoosed but that was to be expected. There's plenty of room for the Tommy Fraziers of the world in college fb...

I was bummed when we didn't land Paul Johnson. However, getting June Jones was beyond my wildest dreams for SMU. Good luck to Georgia Tech and Paul Johnson. I have no doubt they will be a consistent threat for the ACC title.
Back off Warchild seriously.

I was ecstatic when we didn't hire Mr. Option, and I'm still ecstatic.
The important recruits are James Scott, Brandon Henderson, Marquis Frazier, Christian Miller and Chris Frazier.

For the record, I never thought we'd be able to get someone like JJ...I'm ecstatic too & like this a lot better than PJ.

I do not think we did. I understand this is a mistake caused by confusion with Chris Frazier. Not sure though.

It is my understanding that we do have Marquis Frazier. It is Wayne Frazier that Rivals shows committed, and isn't.

I am so confused. Are any of them that psychiatrist guy from Cheers?

Everytime I hear about one being listed wrong I hear Cosell screaming "Down goes Frazier, Down goes Frazier".

He's a quarterback but we are going to switch him to tight end.

Seriously, there is a thread on Scout about it. They talked to Wayne Frazier and he said he wasn't committed to anyone yet. Marquis Frazier is the JC kid we did get.

So for those of you following along at home - two out of three Fraziers prefer SMU, and the other one hasn't voted yet.

This shows he is a sold verbal for us. Which is wrong. At the moment anyway.
