I don't blame you guys. I wouldn't want to play at Fouts either.

It could be worse, but yeah... it sucks. But UNT has been putting its ducks in a row with the doubling of the CPs, the acquisition of the Raddison property, hiring HKS to design a stadium, Dodge's repeated statements about a new stadium in 2010, and paying off the Mean Green Village capital project. I expect an announcement by the end of the year, even if my fellow Greenies are skeptical.

Best wishes on getting the new stadium.

I really hope you are right. With you guys playing in the dump that is Fouts right now, it really doesn't feel like we are playing (and in 2006, losing to) a legitimate D-1 program. I really think that a new stadium for you guys will add to your program's reputation and therefore make this series less of a "no-win" for us.

No win for SMU ? Playing a legitimate D-1 program ? UNT has been ranked ahead of the Ponies in 5 of the last 8 years so the Mean Green may have more to lose with a loss to the normally lower ranked Ponies. 8)
