Not now but in 2-3 years I want to see SMU play Michigan (team I really don't like for no particular reason). There place or ours--doesn't matter. We should be humming by then. Take on a very big boy in ooc each year.

All BCS-BS teams on the east coast or the Big 10 & ND - if they "would" agree to play us - which I doubt. Then the PAC 10 - the same holds true again. "If"
BRING BACK THE GLORY DAYS OF SMU FOOTBALL!!!
For some strange reason, one of the few universities that REFUSE to use their school colors: Harvard Crimson & Yale Blue.

Notre Dame and/or Oregon.
Edit: How interesting that Nacho and I joined this board the same day more than eight years ago.

Much as I dislike pointing to TCU for any reason, I think their program's legitimacy can be traced to three games:
Sun Bowl win vs USC
quality loss at Nebraska
win at OU (tarnished by lil' ol' us the next week)
I really think the game that did the most for them, though, was the loss at Nebraska. They hung with the Huskers most of the game on national television.

UA Pine Bluff. That way I don't have to drive far to see an away game.
ULM, Again I don't have to drive too far and this team kicked Alabama's tail last year. Should be a good up and comer for us to knock off.
NcNeese State in Lake Charles, LA. OK, I have a hankering for fresh Gulf shrimp and crawfish.
Vandy. I don't think our scoreboard can fit 'Commodores' so we will just have to shorten it to 'Commodes'. That should at least get us on ESPN's play of the day.
ND, that way I am assured of seeing SMU play at least one game in HD.

One more: holding Tech to 3 points a few years back.

I'd rather rather play on the biggest stage in Texas-against UT maybe in about 4-5 years. (Oregon?????????????)

I want no part of Texas. Give me some SEC "big southern dummy" schools like Alabama, Tennessee, or Georgia. Those would be some fun games!
Back off Warchild seriously.

Agreed, and it's not even close. No other team would compare to beating Texas.
