The same day Chris Frazier commited rivals in correctly put up Wayne Frazier. They got the 2 mixed up and have since put up Chris and have not removed Wayne from the list.

WHat happened to Christian Miller? We've never lost the tailgate.
He is listed on Rivals. Must have just overlooked it.
Yep, i missed Christian Miller. He is listed on Rivals as a commitment. As ponymon pointed out, too many Mickey Finns!
Best endorsement is that Frazier made the South Texas Top 50 Recruits(see below)-a questionable endordement is that he was only second team all conference last year at the 2A Level behind 3 of his teammates on the Offensive Line. You would think a kid that big should dominate at the 2A Level

Scout also has had Frazier ranked as the No. 367 best player in the country which is a very high rating

Texas Football lists Wayne as a Best of the Rest under Offensive Lineman on their Top 300 list. We now have 4 offensive lineman off this list, which would make this one of the best offensive linemen recruiting years that I can remember. BTW Texas Football writeup on Refugio indicates that Wayne graded out at 85% last year.
or Best of the Rest could mean you are recruiting out of the bottom half of the Texas recruiting class. I think Hughes and Atkinson are really nice prospects. I like Miller and Frazier's size but I don't see that they are really even mildly recruited and think those type of recruits don't equal the "greatest class of OLM in the history of mankind". Just keeping it real. I do think its a group we can work with and improve our talent on the Offensive Line. You want to see a legitimately outstanding non-BCS class go check out the offers for TCU's commits.
Please name a recruiting class that we have had in the last 20 years that has had as many OL and DL recruits LISTED by Texas Football in their top 300? I am not talking University of Texas or A$M or Tech. I am talking SMU. Name just one!
Lists are simply lists. I bet there are 50-100 kids on that list who don't get a Division 1A scholarship. Offers tell the story. The Dave Campbell Texas Top 300 is the most over rated list in recruiting. Its kinda like those All-District teams where 4 kids get named All-District at every position. Its right up there with the DMN Dallas Top 100. Too much quantity-not enough focusing on true quality.
2-3 years from now we will know how good these prospects are. Stallion, you are exactly right about these so called prospect lists. Projections are good to have, but the only true measure of a DI athlete is when they are producing at the DI level.
Who said this in a recent thread about OL commit Christian Miller? "Here's a report from Texas Football on our recent commitments. BTW even though neither one of these recruits appears to have any offers right now I do give some credibility to Miller's selection by Texas Football as a Top 25 OLM because that list is prepared by a former University of Texas Recruiting Coordinator." Why I believe you did Counselor (ur I mean Stallion)! You can't have it both ways. Either this guy is credible or he is not. Which is it??????
