I was attempting to be kind, as my in person experience this afternoon was much better than the previous telephone communication to this same location.
The first time was bubble head, the second was her distant relative Zombie.

I don't have to go the SIDs office any more because I'm such a Big Jock Supporter now I'll get one free. Don't want to end up in mrydel's predicament.
