If so, it's the most prestigious "face" job in the country. If it's offered, he's gone.

I thought the most prestigious face job in the country was President Of The United States?

I thought the Vice President had the best job. All perks and good pay and nothing to do. Of course the down side is one is one heartbeat away from actually working.

The Vice President is the best job I agree. President of the Senate, however, is a horrible job.

Why is Pres of the Senate a horrible job? He doesn't usually actually preside over the Senate, and his job is basically to break a tie whenever one occurs.

That's essentially the same job as Lt. Gov. Ask Dewhurst how "easy" and pleasant of a time he had last legislative session.

Lt. Gov. does a LOT more than the Pres. of the Senate does.
