I pray for more real estate attorneys in the world. All it takes is one non RE attorney to get involved in a real estate transaction, no matter how large or small and totally fudge it up.

Or engineer - ours is killing a project of mine that I have worked on for 3 years. Too tired from yelling at them had to take a break on PF
