i think skip bayless would have critiqued the trail of tears in a way that suggested the Cherokee weren't trying hard enough or that their pain was "overrated"...i like Ole AJ actually, he was the best friend and mentor of my great great great great grand uncle.

Don't get me wrong, I think AJ was a good person, but I don't agree with a lot of his policies or the way he carried them out.

Skippy would have said something to the effect of, "What the president says goes, and all of this so-called suffering is just a bunch of bellyaching for no purpose whatsoever."
