depth chart on Rivals
Thought it was interesting to see that Rivals has an updated depth chart as of the end of spring practice with one notable exception. They list Willis as the number one with Turner as the backup. Interesting how they have tabbed him the starter again when he didn't even participate in spring practice.
Those who complain about a problem are simply wasting time they could use to fix it.

They also think Chris Frazier, the commitment from Skyline HS, is a quarterback, even though he has been quoted in several places as saying he'll be a DB (and there are rumors he might end up at RB). That site is dead in the water. I haven't bothered to go over and look at their idea of a depth chart, but I bet it's not too accurate, either. With all the new coaches and the new players who are expected to contribute, how could it be? At this point, a depth chart is useless, because everything will change many times between now and the Rice game.
They took an educated guess like you have to do in making a depth chart before the first game.
Even though Willis did not participate in Spring Drills, the general consensus is that he will be the starter. You can question a few other things on that depth chart, but if you list Willis as the starter, you are probably correct.
