What are the details of the NIKE deal?

I think product placement in Eastbay and other nat'l retailers would help, but frankly, a bowl or tourny appearence with ESPN's help would be best for the beloved ponies.

Does anyone know the details of the NIKE Show/ footbal uniform deal?

I think they carry their label on our football uniforms and they provide us with shoes etc. Nothing more than that.

As far as selling product lines, it is all based on demand. There is very little demand in the marketplace for SMU gear, just ask Bob Sharp about that. No company is going to spend money to carry SMU gear in any catalog b/c they wont be able to compete with the state schools like Florida and Texas who have fan bases of millions. SMU has fan bases of thousands--maybe?

I have seen one or two Nike SMU Polos out there, nothing more than that. Once the program starts winning, the products will be out there.
