What's the deal?

DMN today still shows Darrian Billups as committed to SMU. Was all this other stuff about him switching to Tulsa just a bunch of BS??? Anyone know what's really going on here?
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Thanks. Just wanted to be sure someone wasn't trying to pull our leg or mess us up.
