if you compare this one to the new one, they look very similar in the color pattern, just the funky shoulder design is different

They had that style for a while including the undefeated season of 1987. I saw the Boston College game that year in the carrier dome - 50,000 fans in a closed arena is LOUD! Here is a clip from the WV game in the dome.
