Probably. By the way, since you and PK know exactly what shade we are supposed to wear, can you post some samples here so I can edumacate myself?

OK, but this discussion of PMS is making me tense.

From the Yale website, "Yale Blue" is this shade:

"It'd be nice to see Jesse Henderson break one here."

Sorry, but I couldn't care less what shade of PMS blue we wear, as long as we use our school colors, blue and red.
So you would be happy with pms 277 and pms 214? Those are red and blue.

SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Your concern is touching. I'm as healthy as an old horse can be.

Not sure. Are you talking about the marketing version or the web version or the public affairs version or the version for stationary or the version for publications or the version you see on your state of the art monitor or the version that I see on my crappy monitor or the version that the latest updated graphics card shows or the version at the print shop down the street?
I'd say the colors in the end zone at Ford are nice. If they try to match the uniforms to that red and that blue, and succeed, I'll be okay with it.

Now you are backing off from your previous statement...you do care and you do have a particular shade in mind. Lucky for you UT doesn't screw around with their ugly school colors...huh?
The colors actually presented on the Public Affairs site are relatively close to Yale blue and Harvard crimson where as the colors presented on the Marketing site are not.

No, I said red and blue before, and those were the red and blue I was talking about. I can't help it if you missed picking up on that. What they are officially called by the international color board or whoever is responsible for such nonsense, I could not care less. Nor should you. Fixing the defense is a much more pressing problem.

Actually jt you said "Sorry, but I couldn't care less what shade of PMS blue we wear..."
The defense will be better this year. Better enough is yet to be determined.

Right, "as long as its the one in the endzone at Ford." That last part was obviously implied.
