THere are a number of websites/software that will do it.
I think I used this one once before: http://www.flvto.com/
It worked pretty well on "Pony Up!" when I tried it, but that was a long time ago. Not sure it was this one. Here is a list of others:

At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Okay, I've had it as my new sig quote for half an hour and decided that I should just let the quote live with the song... unless I can figure I nice matching picture.

GREAT job guys. And thanks for wearing the Mustang Militia Wear. After seeing you on the screen I went to the printers and am going to change the shirt. I need to make the print JUMP out more.
I'll have you some new ones as soon as I get them.
The reason for the Mustang Militia campaign is to help change the attitude of Mustang Fans.
We come to FIGHT
We come to WIN.
Not, free beer and good looking women. Those are the spoils of winning the battle.
Join the Mustang Militia.

In short - YES, I may donate the first run to be able to write them off. My wife will really love that
Got some new artwork Friday afternoon and hope to re-order Monday.
Or I could sell these at 10 dollars and just lose a little bit.
Anyway, I need to make a better product and take care of customers.
Peace be with you.
George

I like the HE CUT WILLIS part. It really captures the persona of the panicked ponyfan who is not ready to let go of jwill. TRUST IN JJ!!!
Larry Brown? We have Larry Brown? Cool!
