Guys coming to Dallas for the weekend and bring the kids. We all want some SMU clothing. Are the SMU Bookstore and shop at the stadium the best places to get what we need?
Also, looking forward to seeing the team practice Saturday morning.
Thanks

Agreed, SMU bookstore is the best bet for everything.
You can buy stuff at the stadium on gameday, but expect it to be crowded. And it might be like a zoo to get to the souvenier (sp?) stands

The Spirit Shop in Ford Stadium is empty right now. Has it closed permanently?

First day of classes at SMU. Sweet Christmas! Don't even think about shopping at the SMU B&N Bookstore today. It's a zoo.

Gee...I wonder if they had enough pink and baby blue sweat shirts to meet the demand?
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

I went by the stadium this weekend. A sign said merchandise would be available in the concorse during game day. Took the kids to the bookstore on Saturday it was a little crazy but they were able to get some good SMU gear to wear back here in ole Midland. The Red and Blue looks pretty good among all of the Maroon, Orange and Red & Black..

Will you 'trade out' the old ones for the new ones?
