I am excited about the new uniforms and the return to traditional colors. Tomorrow's game in HD will only make those uniforms look better. Beat Rice with great uniforms and a big name coach could really help out with media exposure for a week or two.

Next year worries me a bit given the switch to Addidas and the bevy of hideously superfluous "ribcage tusks" on all of the other teams' new Addidas jerseys.

I am reserving judgment on the stripes until I see how it looks when actually worn. My initial reaction was that the stripes are hideous and that the uniform would look much better by eliminating the strips and using some of that space for a larger more identifiable number on the shoulder to make player identification quicker and easier.
