I would like someone who rode the chartered bus to Houston to offer some comments and insights on the trip down, which I am sure was filled with uninformed optimism, and the return trip.

I was on the bus and it was a nice way to go. Hassle free and a good value. Not sure what you mean about "uninformed" optimism...I suspect the alums and parents on the bus were as informed as everybody else...it was a good group...and I'll just say that its a long trip back from Houston in the middle of the night regardless of how you do it...
