If this person becomes an issue in the future, please come by and talk to me, xTc and Mrydel. We know a friend we can talk to about the situation

I can be pretty sure he wasn't related to Emanuel Sanders. Not entirely sure, but this looked like your average late-thirties/early-forties SMU grad.
Completely unrelated, but we did meet Bamba Fall's cousin at our hotel in Houston.

Well, then that was a different guy. Some other dude had a sign and yelled at Bo during the game
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Gee, Bo made Emmanuel Sanders look like a superstar. Not sure, why his cousin would have Bo hate, other than ES and JW are friends. ES is going to come out of this program with the kind of numbers that NFL scouts will notice.

What was described here is obvious out of bounds in decent society. However, I this raises another issue.
I think booing is okay. I'm pretty sure I would have booed at various points during the game Friday if I were there, considering I was doing it in my living room.
Caveat: It is directed at the lack of preparation, which is a coaching issue, not at the players. But I'm pretty sure you can't tell that just from the sound.

I have no problem in booing coaches or officials in a college game. I do not like booing players unless thay participate in a blatant unsportsmanship type of behavior, and then it is directed to the action.
Pro sports, no holds barred. These guys are entertaining us for a very nice income and we can verbally treat them however we desire.
All that said, if you are being disruptive to the game and/or the people around you, you should be eliminated form the scene.

Actually I cheered when Kenny Rea felled that tree from UT years ago at Ownby, and that was the most blantant SMU unsportsmanlike play I can ever remember. But I was young and impulsive then.
I think booing is inherently not disruptive. It should be anticipated by all attending a sporting event. I agree with you on the difference in approach between college and pro booing, but like I said, it pretty much all sounds the same.

My disruptive comment was directed primarily to the guy in the stands at the Rice game who apparently drew the unhappy attention of many SMU supporters. Of course in Ford, BUS and I often let the coaches know what we think. Sadly, with the crowds we have we are able to do it from our seats in a normal voice and they can easily hear us.
