Personally I think that SMU will beat Texas State 42-21. Bo Levi will throw for at least 300 yards and Robinson and Sanders will each have at least 100 yards receiving. Our defense may still be problematic in spots but they should be able to get stops versus Texas State.
They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security

I sure hope its not that close and if it is, that just shows how bad our Defense really is.
I'll go with:
SMU 42
TxSt 24

I think we score over 50. I do not know if we will win.

This is a must win. Playmakers on Texas State are QB - Clint Toon, WR - Cameron Luke, WR - Mishak Rivas. They have a decent O-Line and D-Line but they give up a lot of passing yards. They came from behind to beat Angelo State in thier opener 21 - 14.

Ahhh, the fabulous rivalry that is Texas St vs Angelo St. Right up there with Tx/OU, Army/Navy, etc.

I know you guys are used to playing teams that don't bring a lot of people. That will not be the case Saturday. We have all or part of 8 sections and last I heard, which was last Wednesday, we had already sold out four and a half and that was before many of the students were even thinking about football. I think you may be very surprised!!!
