As a first time user, I spent my time thinking that I did not have the right software on my computer to receive the video. Spent over and hour reading FQAs, checking software and waiting on telephonic hold for CSTV technical support. I was totally perplexed when trying to log in with the system announcement to the effect that the event had not yet started. Could not understand why CSTV could not change their announcement to indicate technical problems so that subscribers had some hint of what was actually happening. When I actually got through to tech. support, I learned they were also experiencing mucho problems with at least 5 of their other games. Needless-to-say, their product is not very impressive.
