Re: LB Darius IngramNo!!!!!!!!!
He's supposed to be a great player. Think there's any chance Bennett can change his mind? "What kind of weirdo school are they running over there in Fort Worth?"

Re: LB Darius IngramI assume this bumps Avery Cleveland and Jason Berryman up the priority list?
Re: LB Darius IngramBerryman was quoted last week as saying he was considering marking SMU off his list. No update since. I've seen several points mostly on the TCU board for some reason that suggests SMU has a good shot at Cleveland but I don't know the basis of that statement.

Re: LB Darius IngramAt least we didn't lose Darius to TCU. We have come a long way. I remember Cavan stating a few years ago that we seldom if ever recruited the same players as TCU. Now we are recruiting the same players as the BSC schools and winning many of those.
Re: LB Darius IngramIt's not like he's signed yet

Re: LB Darius Ingramyes ...he is still to make his visit this weekend. He was quoted in the Baton Rouge paper as saying... "if signing date were today, I'd be a Tiger. But I still have at least one visit left this weekend." Hopefully, he makes the visit and can see what a GREAT campus and stadium has SMU.
Incidentally, Darius visited LSU in December. SMU...2nd to None
Re: LB Darius IngramSo there's still a shot at him? Coach Bennett has done a hell of a job getting guys, once they're on campus. Hopefully he can pull it off again.
