I think the OL has done an excellent job so for this year pass blocking as our QB's have generally had plenty of time to throw. The problem has been interspections and dropped passes.

Good call, westex .... four sacks given up in three games? That's outstanding. We've seen games when we had given up four sacks by halftime. The offense is part of it, of course - shotgun formations and very quick passes, but those big uglies up front have done a terrific job, especially when you consider how young that bunch is (McJunkin is a true freshman, Beachum, Tennison, LeRebius, etc., are redshirt freshmen). Coach McKnight seems to be doing a terrific job with them.

Keep it up, big guys!

Great to see the FR doing a good job. With several RS FR still waiting in the wings and more OL recruits coming in, we may eventually see the type of protection a QB needs in this system

Count how many seconds the O_line gives the QB on average. More than 2 seconds every play, closer to three. You can’t ask for much more. It is clear that our issues are with receivers holding on to the ball, and QBs delivering it to them.

I saw a defense that was playing beyond their skill level. Those kids were up against mansters and they held their own.

As I said after watching 7 practices this year, you play how you practice. Catch the ball boys! And some one has to consistently throw it with in reach, and avoid turnovers.

Those kids should be playing catch and running routes day and night after practice until they get it.

Coach McKnight has done a really good job with our offensive line.

He is doing a fantastic job with the O line. So much better than last year with less mature talent!

this was one area that needed much work to be done in order for the Offense to work properly.

Theyve been good so far and i hope they keep up the work.

Heres to hoping the D gets better soon

Don't forget the D-line, who was extremely undersized against the "mighty" Tech o-line, but was able to get a pretty good amount of pressure on Harrell. Def an impressive performance (although that facemask at the end of the first half was pretty... we'll just say bad...)

oh, you know it was inadvertant. certainly didnt appear to be any malice too it, if there was he would have been ejected like that RedRaider player in the 4th quarter.
