The Tech game I grant you was an improvement (albeit slight) defensively. But TCU, who doesn't have a great offense, ran roughshod all over us. It was humiliating. BTW, does anyone have our 3rd down percentages on defense? I'm pretty sure we are dead last in the country getting off the field on 3rd downs.
Here's hoping we can give Tulane a fight.
Back off Warchild seriously.

You're right. Getting off the field on 3rd downs in probably overrated.

Here's what I mean by trees meet forest. Before this season most sages rightly cautioned early patience, that we'd be 1-3 before the Tulane game. This came from Hawaii observers on this board as well as several here. Well, we're exactly there. Expect improvement -- it's gonna come. June Jones has proven this in every single friggin' gig he's been a part of. We are not an exception.
By the way, speaking of history, what did JJ do during the first, miraculous turnaround season at Hawaii? Only lose to USC (a top 25 team), Rice, TCU, and one other. Sound familiar folks?

Now he's calling me a SAGE! BAN HIM. (I'd like to point out some of those SAGES took a beating in August when over 50% were making Bowl travel plans).

If we beat Tulane all of those bowl arrangements will be renewed.

This must be the most pathetic week of posts on this board. Grow up!
My god, folks! If you cowards are bailing out and whining after four games because many of you thought this was going to be Hawaii II, then you deserve what you get.
This is absolute garbage.
Private Flip-Flop gave the same Rah-Rah speech last season supporting PB after week 4.
By week 7 he was calling for his head.
