awww,

take the extra 5 minutes and come up Skillman to the Fox and the Hound with your pony buddies. We will have a whole room dedicated to SMU with game sound and all.

Also helps the game go by in a matter of seconds should it not be going our way.

excellent point... I usually make myself sit there throught the whole thing less commercials. My wife doesnt appreciate it, but like I tell her... if I was at the game I wouldnt leave early, so I wont turn it off till its over.

From SMU:

"Good news! Time Warner Dallas will simulcast the SMU @ Tulane game tonight, scheduled for CBS College Sports, on their digital basic Local Metro Sports Channel. If you don't have that package, but would like to see the game, or you just want to grab some friends and watch together, head over to the National Sports Lounge, 3606 Greenville Ave. in Dallas and watch it there. NSL is the Official Game Watching location for Mustang Football and it's also the home of the "Lunch with Coach June Jones" events."

I know that a couple of has beens will be there tonight.

Soccer practice lasts until 6:30 tonight, so we couldn't make it over if we wanted to. We'll be watching at home, and practicing 1st grade spelling words during the commercials. Whee!

I stay/watch until the game is over no matter what.

I did rewatch the 1st quarter and last 5 imnutes of the Rice game that I tivoed. Did not rewatch any other games. Coaches get paid for that.

Would and appreciate invite. Bottom line, old SMU friend in town and there is much added value to watch the game at an old favorite watering hole.
