How does one get one on here? I probably have insufficient posts, but would like to know, in any case.

i would agree with that. it sure would suck if the mods had it set to where you had a have a certain number of posts to have an avatar.

just go to your settings in the "profile" section and you can hopefully figure it out from tehre
