Where was Jones?

Does anyone know why the usual starting FS Tyler Jones didnt play today? thanks

Craig Swan on pregame said that the coaches wanted to see more of Chris Banjo

Maybe they wanted a FS that could make plays in the game?

Yea the 2 takles the freshman got at that position? Jones had 51 tackles as a freshman in just a couple games last year, and his 27 this year are 4th on the team even when he didnt play yesterday.

Have you noticed all of the "missed tackles) Jones had this year? And all of the play action fakes he bit on, that turned into big plays? Banjo didn't make a bunch of tackles yesterday, but he didn't have any disastrous mistakes either. I am not bashing on Tyler, but, it was time for the change.
