Yeah, Centennial is a high producer of Division 1 talent in the Inland Empire...especially for linemen, I believe. Might be another good recruiting outlet in CA.

I've been wondering if the staff is willing to take some risks on SoCal guys to try and establish a pipeline there...huge population base & some really good football and those kids haven't been bombarded with bad SMU headlines for years

Considering that Centennial is currently the #1 ranked HS football team in the State, their best players aren't overlooked by SC and other BCS teams. Nevertheless, a pipeline there could be productive. An occassional game on the West Coast wouldn't hurt either. SMU is now on the radar screen of SoCal parents and kids, especially in the OC where we plucked Hualahulu and that stud kicker out of Servite.

I wonder what he possibility of us getting a game with UCLA, Cal, or Fresno State. Preferably UCLA since they are struggling like us.

SDSU and Stanford, both of whom we could be competive against in a year or two, would be nice on a future OOC sked.

Here is some new video on him. Looks like he worked on his speed over the summer.

We prefer Stephen F. Austin.
