anyone have it up and running? i tried to do a test run on volleyball but its not working

Working fine for me. Had to download something called Microsoft Silverlight to get it going

They don't turn sound on until the game starts to feed

Sound is out. Feeds from the truck either had sound & no picture or picture & no sound. I thought picture would be better

Run the ticket.com at the same time and you should be o.k. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Is CBS College Sports going to give some amount of rebate back? It seems like they should, seeing that this is their product, and they aren't fully delivering.

I know this is out of your control, SID. I would certainly hate to have the headache you undoubtedly have in dealing with this.
