Dang, tough crowd.

I almost went to SMU but did not because my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and I didn't want to place the financial strain on my family.

The whole "mow my lawn" smack is weak. I'm not sticking up for a [deleted] like HoustonTexan, but is that how far smu football has gone? That you have to resort to mock superiority when your team can't get it done on the gridiron or court.

You'll hear from me, win or lose. Thought I doubt it will be the latter.

Generally we reserve the mow the lawn thing for the NTSU crowd. Turns out, my dad is a UH guy.

I do give props to you guys, especially your bball team. I saw some guy nail about 25 straight in pregame last year.

Oh, and rather than the lawnmowing thing the proper schtick is 7-11. Surely Houston has something they usually assail SMU with?

I'm only sad that I can't go up to Dallas myself this Saturday and partake in the wonderful Nachos 'n Slurpie combination I've come to love at the ole 7-11. We don't really have any around these parts anymore.

Also, there's no high like a Cougar High. 8)

Ok, serious question though: will Justin Willis get any reps at receiver on Saturday? I heard he was being moved to WR with the emergence of Bo Levi Mitchell? Finally, has your defense improved or did you just look better because you were facing UCF?

No reps for JWill. We are saving his body for the NFL/CFL. We are building a program with our young guys for the 20th year in a row. Hasn't never worked before, but we keep trying. (Insanity)

Its not "mock" superiority if its true - which it is.

And yes, SMU football has fallen that far - but we are about to get up.

and just to save someoneelse the trouble - TWSS

He's no Morstead. I'll take our chances in a field-position game.

Chase Turner (our punter) would be 2nd in the NCAA with a 48.3 average if he had enough punts to qualify.

Ok, how about a really really annoying amount of arrogance?
Does that sound better?

It's called smack...the more ludicrous the better. Don't get your feelings hurt...just throw back some smack of your own.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

If bigdaddy192847722 repeats the definition of insanity one more time and expects us to change, I am going to go insane.

Feelings hurt? Nah, but is that really the best you have?

I mean I guess when you can't beat us at anything talking smack is kinda hard.

Well, can your womens basketball team at least give me advice on picking up the chicks when I go up to Dallas?

o.k. - the womens basketball thing was kind of funny. But my point is the following - which of the following is a WORSE University then Houston:

Rice
UT
SMU
A&M
Balyor
TCU
Tech
UTEP
UNT

If you guessed none of the above - you would be correct, sir.

You can win the athletic events, and we will win in every other area of life. The sad thing for you is that in two years you won't even have the athetic thing to hang your hat on anymore.

Pretty funny, B+.

However I must deduct a letter grade for your admission that you can't pick up chicks on your own, and another for your affinity for butch chicks, so final grade is D+.
I'd kill for a Nobel Peace Prize.
