The biggest breach of etiquette was the Tulsa director putting together a Maynard Ferguson show and having some kid without the chops to pull it off. Why my good friend, General Patton could have flatulated something better.

 Get over it. One "Varsity" per game is more than enough. Beginning of game is fine. After the game is definitely overdoing it. Same for basketball.

Alma mater's should not be stepped on. I hope that their band director and ours had a beer after the game to discuss future etiquette issues and if needed, they could bring in Miss Manners or Dr. Phil to mediate.

It's tradition for the team and cheerleaders to stand in front of the student section after the game and to sing "Varsity". You may not care about school traditions but for some they are still important. Another school shouldn't be infringing on those.
I HATE the University of Texas!

Glad the tradition is to stand in front of the student section and not in front of students in the student section.....cuz that would have been another issue last saturday.

Lets just start winning some f'n games.
