ASHEVILLE, N.C. — You can call her CutoutDissection.com, Cutout for short, but just don't call her Jennifer.

The former Jennifer Thornburg — whose driver's license now reads Dissection.com, Cutout — wanted to do something to protest animal dissections in schools.

The 19-year-old's new name is also the Web address for an anti-dissection page of the site for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, where she is interning.

"I normally do have to repeat my name several times when I am introducing myself to someone new," she told The Asheville Citizen-Times. "Once they find out what my name is, they want to know more about what the Web site is about."

Suit against God thrown out for lack of service.

Cruise Publicist: 'Tom Is Alive And Well'

16 October 2008 12:00 PM, PDT

Tom Cruise's publicist has slammed internet reports the Hollywood actor has fallen to his death in New Zealand, insisting the star isn't even in the country.

Rumours surfaced online on Thursday alleging that the Mission: Impossible star had perished after falling from the Kauri Cliffs.

But Cruise's publicist Jeff Raymond has moved fast to quash the false allegations, insisting the star is alive and well.

The spokesman says, "This is completely not true. Tom is not in New Zealand nor has he been there recently. This is erroneous and unreliable internet garbage."

The actor has been pictured out and about in New York this week (ends17Oct08) as his wife Katie Holmes took to the Broadway stage on Tuesday for the official opening night of the play All My Sons.

Cruise isn't the first celebrity wrongly reported to have fallen to his death from the Kauri Cliffs - Tom Hanks was the victim of similar vicious rumours in 2006.

It'd be easier to believe that he fell to his death from the Kauri Cliffs then seeing him do that in anything other than a posthumously published autobiography.

That is a line from the South Park episode that the Scientologists had yanked off the air

89-Year-Old Woman Arrested For Taking Ball

POSTED: 8:52 am EDT October 19, 2008

BLUE ASH, Ohio -- She took a teenager's ball and wouldn't give it back. Now 89 year-old Edna Jester from Blue Ash is facing charges.

"I said go ahead and arrest me. Handcuff me if you'd like, because I said I'm not guilty of anything," said Jester.

Blue Ash Police arrested Jester Thursday for petty theft after taking her teenage neighbor's football that was in her yard, NewsChannel5 sister station WCPO-TV in Cincinnati reported.

The incident was caught on tape by people across the street who support Jester.

"Taken down and interrogated, a 90 year-old lady. It almost hits home like this is the United States, this can't happen and this is absolutely ridiculous," said neighbor Kevin Pike.

Kelly Tanis has five children and said Jester has taken balls from her children before. So she called the police.

"This time it was a ball that my son had just bought with his own money. He works and he makes his own money, and he bought that ball, and six days later she took it."

Blue Ash Police said they didn't want to arrest Jester. Instead, they just wanted her to give the ball back.

Jester said that wasn't going to happen.

"I was giving it back sooner or later, but not right now, so they could make a laughing stock out of me," Jester said.

Neighbors said the issue of where the kids should and shouldn't play has been ongoing for quite some time.

Jester's court date is Nov. 12.
