The NCAA and NFL compute QB ratings differently. The site I link to above is one of many sites that can compute both for you.

Bo's NCAA QB rating is: 127.64562737642586

Bo's QB rating on the NFL scale is: 76.41793409378963

By the way, SMU opponents have a QB rating of 166.54. Of course, Bo has the disadvantage of not playing against SMU's secondary...

What's the difference in them? the NFL scale uses wins?

obviously Interceptions play a larger role in the NFL calculations.
