Despite the TD the Ponies are still getting breaks with the failure of the 2 pt. play. Ponies really need to score to stay in the game as the D is incapable of holding anything for more than 2 minutes.

Big play. As much as we are complaining about the failure of our D, I'm sure the Houston board is mirroring everything we are saying. Neither team is distinguishing themselves in any aspect of the game.

I actually think a lot of the schemes we run on D are pretty good...we just aren't talented enough

Time to play some D. Judging by UTEP's game tonight, our defense sure played better against Tulsa than we even thought. At least from a points standpoint.
