I would have to guess that that is the case.

(And you're right, not too much to worry about with a millitary connection when you are talking about a school in Dallas, Texas.)

How amazing is this time for our university.... finally not resting on our laurels and trying to put ourselves at the forefront in every discipline. It's about damned time.
